Runly is a software agency providing automation tools for businesses. We are based in the EU and operate within EU law.

• Business-specific data (e.g. orders, contacts, communications), depending on the automation
• Contact information (name, email, phone)
• Usage statistics (API requests, LLM usage)

3. Data storage & location

All systems are hosted in data centers located in Germany and Czechia. We also use GDPR-compliant third-party processors such as OpenAI and cloud providers.

4. How we use your data

We process data only to provide the services you've requested. We do not sell or share data with third parties beyond what's required to operate the service.

5. Legal basis

Data is processed to fulfill our contract with you and for legitimate interests (technical maintenance, customer support).

6. Data retention & deletion

Data is retained while you're a client and up to 12 months after cancellation. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Runly's automation services.

1. Service Description

Runly provides custom automation solutions for businesses, including but not limited to workflow automation, API integrations, and AI-powered tools.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different usage limits. Overage charges apply when limits are exceeded. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.

3. Custom Development

Custom automation projects are quoted individually with a minimum cost of €100. Final pricing depends on project complexity and requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly. The first month is free for new customers. Payments are processed through secure third-party processors.

5. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. Data is hosted in EU data centers.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' notice. Data will be retained for up to 12 months after termination unless earlier deletion is requested.

8. Support

Support is provided during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00 CET) via email and chat, with phone support available for Pro plans.

9. Limitation of Liability

Runly's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users via email or in-app notifications of any material changes.
